Nice. I like to trap the push with the other hand to apply a mune osae dori on the fly, so this is a good alternative if I trap with the "wrong" hand.

Very helpful. I appreciate seeing the use of bodyweight to drive the techniques. As a man I sometimes rely overly much on muscle power, but this is much smarter.
