Just want to thank everyone that attended our summer intensive and training week and weekend. It was a great success and the amount of smiles and laughing we had on the tatami really made it special this time. We have many of our shihan teach some great lessons on Awase waza and we are working on editing them over the next few weeks so we can post. In the mean time watch for an amazing video of Soke teaching Kawa Semi to pop up soon. Also great to see we have two new Sandan members as of Saturday with Andrea L. in Vancouver and Paul K or Calgary.
