2 COMMENTS Thanks Jay. It's a staple in our jujutsu. Punch protection. I think we try to add it to most waza or situational factors. It's always in our awareness. Look for it, the punch, bottle, stick, and if it is not there. It's a more better day. Thanks for your Sub!
